Opportunity To Give Thanks And Give Towards The Future
Dear friends,
Over the past four years, we have been able to provide more than 600 individual meals to international students and friends at Woodville Baptist Church in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, allowing us to form special friendships and offer otherwise busy students a chance to sit back, have fun and relax.
This summer, the church building has been undergoing a facelift in preparation for the opening of The Sanctuary at Woodville, allowing much greater use of the facility. .
One primary concern is updating the kitchen. It has already been painted, and some minor repairs have been made, but we still have needs — particularly, an additional refrigerator, an oven with a glass top, an over-the-range microwave, and an overhead cabinet.
We have already received some financial donations towards these needs, but we are still hoping to bring in another $600 to complete the restorations by the fall. Through this modernization, we will be able to serve many more meals and create even more friendships and good times.
A donation of $5, $10, or any amount would be greatly appreciated. You can donate online through PayPal (click on this link to donate) and through the mail by making out a check to “BISM” and mailing it to “BISM, P.O. Box 206, Southborough, MA 01772.”
Thank you for your consideration. We are grateful for all of you in the Worcester community.
Best Regards,
