9:15 AM: Pick-up at Alewife T Station (Red Line)
9:45 AM: Arrive at Ward Hill, Shrewsbury, MA
6:00 PM: Arrive back at Alewife T Station

- SnowTubers: Tubing for 2 hours, then to the Coolbaugh home for lunch and warm socializing
- Skiers: Ski for longer than 2 hours if you'd like, with a bag lunch, and then to the Coolbaugh home afterwards for more food and warm socializing
- "Hanging Out": You can watch and hang around in the warm lodge for free, and go to the Coolbaugh home when you want for food and warm socializing.
6:00 PM: Arrive back at Alewife T Station
Costs:
- Base Cost (transportation, lunch, snacks, organizing, etc.): $15
- "Hanging Out" and watching in the Lodge: Free
- SnowTubing: $22 for 2 hours (Must be at least 6 years of age or at least 42 inches tall.)
- Skiing ("All children under 5 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times"):
- Lifts: $40
- Rental of skis, boots, and poles: $35
- Rental of snowboard & boots: $35
- One-hour lessons: $35 (10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM)
- Group Lesson Package (Beginners): 1-hour lesson, equipment rental, and handle tow ticket: $65
- Group Lesson Package (Intermediate): 1-hour lesson, equipment rental, and lift ticket: $85
- Register and pay the Base Cost below
(Other costs, if any, paid to Ward Hill skiing resort.)
Limit: First 30 people who register and pre-pay the base cost. (Sorry, we don't have more room.)
