Come join the extreme fun!
A day trip to Hopkinton & Shrewsbury, Mass. to meet others and snow tube.
No experience or equipment necessary. Members and friends of a friendly church in Hopkinton share their hospitality with us. You will have a short session to get to know each other over fun questions, have lunch and than go to Ward Hill in Shrewsbury to snow tube.
Ward Hill has 8 tubing trails, 2 lifts to take you up hill and some 600 snow tubes! For two full hours you can make as many runs down hill as you like. You will need the $28 for tubing.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 6 YEARS OLD AND 42″ IN HEIGHT TO TUBE.
Transportation to & from Hopkinton starting at Clark, WSU or other Worcester campuses as well as the Red Line Alewife Station.
No experience or equipment needed. Come join the fun, meet Americans, and make new international students friends from other area universities.
Transportation, and lunch included. Cost $15.
Schedule:
Pickup up at 10 a.m.
Welcome and get to know each other session at 11 a.m.
Lunch at 12 p.m.
Arrive Ward Hill at 1:30 p.m.
Depart back to campus 4 p.m.
Note: Dress very warmly with a warm jacket, thick socks, boots, gloves/mittens,
and a hat.
