A house for university students and younger learners, with community living:
Community living offers a rare chance to learn or improve many relationship skills. We all need these skills in life whether it’s at work or living with others. Part of the community living involves weekly chores, usually 30 minutes or less, monthly meals together or as often as the house decides. Events with others and helping one another at times. Students from other cultures may live here, giving an opportunity to meet the world close up. A live in resident staff is there to assist and help.
Walking distance to WSU & WPI, short drive to Assumption and Clark .

Rent includes all utilities with wifi. Laundry on site, A/C, a deck, BBQ grille for use, some storage. Shared kitchen with your own shelf space and refrigerator space. Shared bathroom on each floor, common living room and dining room. Off street parking.

First floor a triple ($395 a month) with all men with shared men’s bathroom on floor
Second floor, a double ($425 each a month), two singles ($495 each a month) and a larger single ($550 a month) with women’s shared bathroom on the floor
